Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment to Australia Post own properties

We ship to P.O. boxes / Parcel Locker / Parcel Collect addresses at no additional cost for items under 1kg. If you are choosing standard shipping option and items you are ordering weight over 1kg, please provide physical address as we may not use Australia post for shipping. 


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Refund Policy

We have a 30-days return policy due to the nature of use remote-control products, which means you have 30 days after receiving or collecting your item to request a return. RC Box Australia aims for 100% customer satisfaction with all of our products or services.

Please note that 'Hobby' grade high-performance remote-control Cars, Planes, Helicopters, Drones and Boats are not toys and must be used with care and safety in mind. 

Most of the remote control products comes with age recommendation, under age recommended to play only with adult supervision (Subject to Care and Warranty Policy) . 

Damages incurred by crashes, impacts and misuse are not covered by any form of warranty.  In most cases replaceable spare parts can be purchased and the product can be re-used, except for products classified as 'Toys'. Please contact us via email should you require a part not listed on our website.

All warranty claims are assessed on a case by case basis as per our Warranty Terms and Conditions and complying with Australia Consumer Law.

Damages and issues:

Any product damaged during transit or not working on arrival must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery or from collection date for click & collect orders. A replacement product will be shipped to you promptly after RC Box received the faulty product together with your proof of purchase of the product.

This warranty does not cover if:

  • Damages incurred to the product caused by misuse or abuse such as impacts, crashes or using with a defective component.
  • Tampered, modified or any attempt to open or dismantle the product in any manner.
  • Use of unapproved aftermarket parts or accessories on the product.
  • Poor battery maintenance. (See Battery maintenance section below)

RC Box reserves the right to charge you for any repairs, services and shipping cost in respect of a product that you have provided to RC Box under warranty, if it is found that the repair of that product is not covered under this warranty.

Battery Maintenance Guide:

  • Charge the battery fully before first use, after any use, before storage or use after storage.
  • Disconnect the battery from product when not in use. Leaving the battery connected to the product when not in use, can cause damage to the battery due to gradual discharging.
  • Do not run RC products supplied with LiPo or Li-Ion batteries until the battery power becomes very low or fully discharged.  This will cause permanent damage to the battery.
  • Allow for battery to cool down prior to charging again.  This will help long battery life.

Change of mind returns:

We welcome returns if you have changed your mind since your purchase. All returns will be accepted as long as the product meets the following conditions. The product:

  • Is returned within seven days of delivery or collection date for click & collect orders; and
  • Is unused and in its original condition; and
  • Is returned by registered mail with all original packaging and proof of purchase from RC Box.
  • Sorry - Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
